4. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. TOLEAD cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to tolead.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

How can I get the return address?

We have warehouses in USA! If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us and our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

1. Please confirm the return address with our customer service. The Wrong return address will affect processing your return.

2. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-TOLEAD products.

3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact TOLEAD Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

How will I get my refund?

Your request will be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your bank account or the original payment account, as per your request.
