This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.

How can I get the return address?

We have warehouses in USA! If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us and our customer service representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
