1. Shipping is only valid for shipping addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

All orders are shipped out via UPS or FedEx Standard-Speed from TOLEAD US stock.
We provide Free Shipping without minimum order value.
With warehouses on both coasts, most orders can be processed within 1-3 business days, and we are able to reach most of our customers within a 3-5 business day timeframe. Once the shipment arrives, FedEx will require an appointment to deliver the order, so please include a phone number in your order you can be reached at. Someone must be present to take delivery of LTL shipments and sign for the delivery (drivers only offload the product into the driveway; any additional help by the driver will require an additional charge). We promise that all products are in good condition before leaving the warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you by email.
For tracking numbers, it can take a few days to become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Plus, the estimated shipping time is valid whether the tracking website is updated or not. Please double-check the delivery address prior to ordering to ensure your package reaches its intended location. We can only ship your order to the address given to us in your order at the time you checkout. If you contact us with a change of address and we haven’t processed the order yet, we can make the change. If the order has already been processed and is on the FedEx truck (even though the order doesn’t show shipped in the marketplace), or has movement on FedEx.com, you only need to create an account on fedex.com/us/delivery, and you will be able to redirect your package(s).
The delivery cannot be delivered due to special reasons, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. We will notify you by sending an email.
1. Duty and TaxAll our product prices currently include tariffs. You no longer have to pay customs duties.
2. Change Address
In order to avoid damage or loss of the products during multiple transfers, we generally do not support changing the address after the products are sent out. If you still want to change the address, please contact us first. Please note that customers will bear the excess cost of changing the address. Therefore, we recommend that you check the address before purchasing.
