Cancellation Policy

We try to process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding Sat, Sun, and holidays) whenever possible, and your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.

If you cancel and the product has already shipped, please contact us by email: [email protected]. we will attempt to have the carrier RTS (Return To Shipper) the product back to us, but this is not always successful and we will need for you to monitor the tracking to refuse the product if they try to deliver. Once the item is confirmed en route back to us, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please note: Once we have processed your refund, it may take your financial institution an additional 3-7 business days to return your funds to you.

You can only cancel the entire order, not part of an order. If you still need to cancel some items in your order, you must cancel the whole order before repurchasing.

After the order is canceled, TOLEAD will not reserve inventory for you, resulting in insufficient stock and unable to purchase.

After you submit the cancellation request, we will send you the processing result by email. If the cancellation is not successful, please contact us and follow the steps outlined in the Return Policy to make a return.

Once a refund occurs, the refund amount will be returned to your account through the original payment channel. The arrival time of other banks/payment methods depends on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel.

30-Day Return Policy

All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days after delivery (return period). If an item is not delivered or arrives in a damaged or otherwise defective state, please contact us to submit a claim for an RMA. Tolead may require pictures or video of defective/damaged items to issue a full refund. Once your claim is processed and approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund request to be completed. Some financial institutions may take an additional 3-7 business days to return the funds to your account(s), depending on the nature of the financial institution and the original form of payment.

Items being returned must be in their original packaging, along with all accessories from the original shipment, and must be shipped back within 14 days after receiving an RMA from the seller for either of the situations below.

  • All instances of returns from damaged or defective products are shipped back to Tolead at Tolead’s expense. Tolead may issue digital pre-paid labels via email.
  • All other returns (buyer’s remorse, canceled orders that shipped before canceling, ordered the wrong color/size/type, etc.) are shipped back to Tolead at the customer’s expense.

Restrictions on no reason to return: Please ensure that the returned product is brand new which means it is still in the original condition of purchase and the outer packaging must be complete.

If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, TOLEAD reserves the right to refuse to accept the return application, and the buyer shall bear the relevant shipping costs.

Other non-refundable situations:

  • Damage caused by dismantling or repairing by consumers, or other man-made damage;
  • There is damage to the product due to improper use;
  • Products not sold by TOLEAD;

If the product is defective or needs to be returned due to the seller's reasons, we can also provide you with a return service. Provided that the item to be returned meets the following return requirements:

  • The surface of the product has serious scratches, serious wear/damage, serious bumps, and traces of use; the product cannot maintain its original quality and function;
  • The outer packaging of the product is seriously damaged;
  • The seller's reason. Including but not limited to the seller sending the wrong product, not delivering the product on time, etc.

Please apply for a return within 30 days from the delivery date. If it exceeds 30 days, please contact us and inform the relevant reasons. We will deal with it according to the actual situation.

In cases where the customer chooses to provide the return shipping (once an RMA has been given), a tracking number must be provided to Tolead, and it must be confirmed as returned to our warehouse to complete any refund. Please note that it is at the company's discretion to decide if the item may be returned to Tolead. Unauthorized returns (those without a pre-authorized RMA from Tolead) will not be accepted, and any unauthorized return shipping charges incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed.

In some exceptional cases, Tolead may not require a physical return of the item if the return shipping cost would be excessive, especially if photographic or video graphic evidence has been previously provided. In these rare cases, the customer may dispose of the product in the safest, most convenient, most environmentally-friendly manner of their choice: locally certified waste management or recycling services, donation, re-gifting, etc. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued once the physical return has been waived, we have verified the item has been returned to our warehouse, and/or we have verified with the return shipping carrier the product is being returned. Again, some financial institutions may take an additional 5-7 business days to return the funds to your account(s), depending on the nature of the financial institution and the original form of payment.

Refunds issued for purchases made using Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account. For more information on PayPal refund processing please see PayPal Refund FAQ. For questions related to your specific PayPal account or billing, please contact PayPal Customer Service. For other payment vendors, please get in touch with your financial institution regarding your refund status first before contacting Tolead after the typical 10-14 business day refund period.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 30 days from the date you received the order. 

  • Original receipt must be presented and the original product is required.
  • Exchanged product(s) must be in its new and original condition, with original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.

Product(s) can be exchanged subject to the availability of colors and sizes. Where a color and/or size is not available in the stock you are making the exchange, we will get in touch with you asap. If you need to exchange, please contact us by mail: [email protected] 

Tolead Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products purchased from Tolead. Tolead reserves the right to provide the sole discretion on warranty coverage and availability as considered on a case-by-case basis.

What does this limited warranty cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in all new Tolead products (as covered by this warranty). Only products sold by an authorized merchant, retailer, or official marketplace transactions are covered. Some third-party marketplace retailers may include additional warranty terms that supersede this warranty or are in addition to the terms stated here.

What will we do to correct problems?
Upon granting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), All RMAs may receive replacement parts, a complete replacement unit, and a partial or full refund (if inventory is not available for a replacement) at the sole discretion of Tolead and will conform to the requirements and policies of the marketplace the sale was conducted on, including any third-party warranty requirements that may apply as well as state and national consumer protection laws. Tolead will pay for shipping any parts or the replacement item to you and may pay for return shipping of any defective or damaged products if Tolead requests the item be returned to Tolead.

How long does the coverage last?
Unless otherwise stated, all products have a 1-year warranty that begins on the date of purchase. Please refer to the Tolead Return Policy for details on return options during the warranty period.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any problems caused by (a) misuse of the product, including commercial use, accidents, abuse, neglect, heat, and humidity or (b) modification or any misuse contrary to the intended uses of the product, (c) damage caused by other equipment or (d) consequential damage, incidental damages or any costs related to construction, setup, and assembly as incurred by 3rd party involvement. This limited warranty applies only to hardware products licensed and sold by Tolead, any manuals, media, or documentation are licensed and warranted where applicable puunder separate written agreement.

What you have to do for warranty service:
Tolead will not provide any warranty coverage unless the claim is in compliance with all terms of this warranty statement and the proper return process and procedures are followed. To request warranty service, contact Tolead by email: [email protected]. This notification must be made to Tolead about warranty service and must be made within the warranty periods, any communication past the milestone marks of the warranty (30-day mark and 365-day mark) are not covered by this warranty. Your identity and order information will be collected and the warranty verified as a valid purchase by a Tolead representative. Once Tolead determines that warranty service is required, you may be prompted for additional information or required to decide upon competing alternatives for resolution. Damaged or defective products returned to us must be properly packaged in the original packaging, or packaging provided by us and shipped with the pre-paid shipping label provided by Tolead.

Restock Fee

There is no restocking fee for the returned items that meet the condition of selling.
